High School Ministry- '19 Student Ministries Winter Camp

Theme:
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9
The question of “what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” is one that is being both considered and answered, but how often do we look at the way Jesus Himself responds to this question?
This winter we will look at the account of the Rich Young Ruler who ran enthusiastically to Jesus, only to walk away sorrowfully when Jesus tells him he must forsake everything else and requires the man’s complete affection and allegiance. Jesus’ response to the Rich Young Ruler is straight-forward and shocking, but the truth of His message is essential for everyone to understand and obey.

Registration ends on 12/31/18.

Operation Christmas Child: Shoebox

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Our mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. We ship these simple gifts outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S. Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes will be distributed on Sundays starting on October 21st and will collected on Sunday, November 11th.
