GriefShare is a support group program designed to help you rebuild your life after losing a loved one. Our group meets weekly for 14 weeks, offering you care and support through this journey
You’ll receive valuable guidance and tips, leading you to relief, comfort, and peace of mind.
Videos that Encourage: Every session starts with a video featuring experts on grief-related topics and real-life stories
Supportive Discussions: Post-video, you’ll engage in group discussions, providing mutual support and understanding
Helpful Guidebook: A participant guidebook is provided as a roadmap for your grief journey, aiding you in coping with loss
