Men
We believe that men play a vital role in the church and in the world. That's why our men's ministry is focused on helping every man in our congregation become the best version of himself, both as a follower of Christ and as a leader in his community.
We know that life can be challenging and that there are many obstacles that can stand in the way of our relationship with God. That's why our men's ministry is committed to encouraging men to remain steadfast in their faith, no matter what challenges they may face. We believe that the Word of God is powerful and can help men overcome any obstacle that may impede their relationship with God.
Men’s Ministry
We strive to challenge all men in the church to stand firm in their faith, to use the Word of God to overcome the barriers that can come between them and God, and to equip them to become not just dedicated followers of Christ, but men who make disciples.
Bible Studies
Join the men of New Hope for one of our weekly Bible Studies; Tuesday evenings at 6:45 in the Barn, and 6:00am Thursday morning's in the Barn. Take a pause in your week to refocus on your walk with Christ. Check the calendar for more information about our next upcoming Bible Study.
EVENTSMen’s Breakfast
The second Saturday of each month, all men are invited for a time of breakfast, fellowship, and a brief message. Join us at 8:00am.
Assistance
Men are often reluctant to ask for help, but if you are struggling with any type of issue in life, whether in marriage and relationships, alcohol related, pornography, or just a lack of direction, we are here to help. Strong men of God are the core of a strong culture and we aim to provide Biblical guidance and a strong brotherhood.
ASSISTANCEThe Big Shoot
We host an annual shooting event at a private range near Reedley. This is a family event and all kinds of firearms are allowed or available for those wishing to shoot for a morning. Certified instructors and range safety officers are present through the morning to provide a safe and instructional environment. Food is also available for those participating.
Women
Our women's ministry provides a warm and welcoming space for women to come together, form meaningful connections, and grow in their faith. We offer a range of activities throughout the year, from small group studies and prayer meetings, to fun social events like movie nights, craft workshops, and retreats. These opportunities to connect with other women in the church are a great way to build community, share experiences, and support each other through life's challenges.
Seniors
Our Senior Ministries program is designed to help you deepen your relationship with Christ and leave a lasting legacy in the second half of your life. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for every season of our lives, and that includes our senior years.
Our Senior Ministries program offers a range of opportunities for spiritual growth and connection, including Bible studies, small group discussions, prayer meetings, and worship services. These gatherings provide a supportive and welcoming environment where you can connect with other seniors in the church, share your experiences, and encourage each other in your faith.
College
At New Hope, we understand that college can be an exciting, yet challenging time of life. It's a period of tremendous change, growth, and transition to adult life, which is why we believe that being rooted in God's Word and having a strong support group is essential to navigating this phase of life successfully.
Our college group provides a supportive community for college students to connect, grow, and explore their faith together. We meet every Thursday at 7PM at Bill and Lindsie Eccles' house for a time of fellowship, worship, and Bible study. Together, we delve into God's Word, discovering its timeless truths and learning how to apply them to our daily lives.
Students
We are thrilled to offer a variety of engaging and impactful student ministry programs for your teenagers to enjoy. We understand that teenagers need safe and supportive spaces to connect with their peers, grow in their faith, and have fun, which is why we have created dynamic and welcoming environments where they can do just that.
Our student ministry programs provide a range of opportunities for students to deepen their relationship with God, explore their faith, and connect with other students in the church. We offer engaging and age-appropriate worship services, small group discussions, Bible studies, retreats, and fun social events that are designed to help students grow and thrive in all areas of their lives.
Children
We believe that every child is a precious gift from God, and we are honored to have a team of gifted teachers and helpers who feel called to serve them. Our children's ministry is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn about God, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships with other children in the church.
Our goal is not just to teach children Biblical knowledge, but to make it personal for them so that they can develop a deeper understanding of God's plan and purpose for their lives. We do this by offering age-appropriate lessons, activities, and discussions that are designed to help children connect with God in a meaningful way. We also strive to create a sense of community within our children's ministry, where children feel loved, accepted, and valued as unique individuals.
Celebrate Recovery
We offer Celebrate Recovery (CR), a Christ-centered 12-step recovery program for anyone who is struggling with hurt, pain, or addiction of any kind. CR provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to find healing, freedom, and hope, as they journey towards recovery.
We understand that addiction and other issues can have a profound impact on every aspect of a person's life. That's why our CR program is designed to be a holistic approach, addressing the spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects of recovery. Through a combination of group meetings, personal reflection, and support from others in the community, we help individuals work towards breaking free from the issues that are controlling their lives.
Grief Share
At New Hope, we understand that the pain of losing a spouse, child, family member, or friend can be an incredibly isolating and difficult experience. It can be hard to find people who truly understand the depth of your hurt and the challenges you're facing as you navigate your grief.
That's why we offer Grief Share, a supportive and compassionate group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. Our program is designed to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals to come together, share their stories, and support each other as they work through their grief.
Small Groups & Discipleship
Small Groups & Discipleship groups and discover a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about growing in their faith together.
Our groups offer a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and share your life experiences with others. Whether you're interested in deepening your understanding of the Bible, exploring new ways to pray and worship, or simply looking for a supportive community to share your journey of faith, our Small Groups & Discipleship groups are the perfect place to start.
By joining one of our groups, you'll have the chance to connect with others who share your interests and values, and who are committed to supporting each other on their journey of faith. Our groups meet regularly to discuss scripture, share personal experiences, and learn from each other in a safe and welcoming environment.
Trail Life USA
New Hope Community Church is proud to charter a troop of Trail Life USA, a Christ-centered, boy-focused scouting organization, for our local community. Our troop provides a safe and nurturing environment where boys aged between 5 and 17 can learn important life skills, explore their faith, and grow into strong and responsible young men.
We have a dedicated team of experienced and knowledgeable men who are committed to pouring their wisdom and guidance into every boy who joins our troop. Our team members are passionate about helping boys develop their character, leadership, and outdoor skills, and we believe that every boy has the potential to make a positive impact on the world.
American Heritage Girls
At New Hope, we are proud to offer American Heritage Girls, a Christ-centered character and leadership development program for girls aged 5 to 18. Our AHG program is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country.
Our program provides a safe and nurturing environment where girls can grow in their faith, develop important life skills, and build meaningful relationships with other girls in the community. We offer a range of activities and events that are designed to help girls explore their faith, build their character, and develop their leadership potential.
We believe the 66 books of the Old and New Testament are the inspired Word of God; they are without error in their writings; and they are the authoritative, complete and final written revelation of God.
